Let's compare a job with school.
You attend school 5 days out of a 7 day week. You're told what to do all day and given "assignments" to complete. Many of said assignments are to be completed during time in which you aren't even physically in school; which cuts into your 2 measley days off even more. Most outrageous of all, you have to ASK whether or not you are allowed to go urinate...
Now as for a job, you are completing necessary, purposeful tasks in order to benefit yourself and others in direct and/or indirect ways. (Depending on your job) there is no frivolous "home work" to do. Once your hours are done; your hours are done. -->YOU GET PAID TO COMPLETE THE TASK(S).<-- You can CHOOSE whatever job you want to take; someone doesn't come out of nowhere and assign you things.
So there you have it. School fails yet again. It needs to be optional; it goes without saying that most people would rather just enjoy the life that we are given for the limited amount of time that it lasts in ways other than being forced to stay in daycare for the majority of the day while mommy and daddy work.

1 Person 2 Faces
You know what really bothers me? This scenario:
Two friends know someone. Friend A likes that person but friend B hates them because they act like a dick toward them. Now to me, it's stupid to think someone is cool if they act nice toward you but ignorant to everyone else, especially one of your friends; if they act like a jerk to everyone except you that means they are still a jerk! It seems kind of self-minded to me for friend A to even consider the person a good friend or cool person...

School... Is it REALLY the best way to learn?
After sitting and thinking about the monstrous stress-invoker that is the 12-15 page Senior Exit Project, I noticed something very interesting: If you have straight A's and fail to complete this project, you fail to graduate--yet, inversely, if you have all poor grades and complete the project...you still fail to graduate. Think about it. This is a trap if I've ever seen one in my life; the way it's set up, you have two ways to fail but only one way to pass---THUS School, the so-called 'right path', SETS YOU UP FOR FAILURE!
It kind of makes me wonder if they want kids to graduate and become successful at all? I mean, why make it so hard on children to do well in life? Maybe there are some out there who really wanted to do good but could never get there because of the obstacles put in place by the very ones urging them to move on? This reflection is what led me to the creation of the following quote:
Life is not easy simply because we make it hard
Montre L. Smith
People constantly regurgitate sayings such as "life isn't fair" and "life isn't easy", never stopping to consider why. Well I've considered it---and the only logical explanation I can produce is that it isn't fair or easy because we subconsciously choose for it not to be that way.

There is a reason for everything
Sometimes I just hate the way other people think. Some people just plain lack the ability to comprehend. I get so frustrated by the mentality of people that sometimes I wish that I had the ability to make everyone think like me...Sounds pretty selfish and arrogant right? It may, but sometimes that's just how I feel. It's not that I think that I'm smarter than everyone or that I have the perfect mindset, but at bare minimum I can assess and comprehend things dammit! There are far too many flaws with the minds of others for me to even begin to explain, so I'll just start with one that bothers me most:
Person A: "I don't like cheese"
Person B: "Why?"
Person A: "I just don't like cheese."
What's wrong with this example? Person A states that they "just don't like cheese" yet that doesn't answer B's question at all. Person B asked WHY A doesn't like cheese--not "do you like cheese, Person A?". I'm sick of people using that as a reason when it holds no validity at all--there absolutely MUST be a reason WHY behind EVERY opinion one holds; I know this to be true. If Person A doesn't like cheese it may be because of the taste, the smell, anything but there IS a reason or else no opinion would be formed in the first place. There is reason behind everything in this world---those who lack the level of understanding to acknowledge that are the people who piss me off the most.

Why do people cheat?
If you fall in love with someone else while you're in a relationship with someone why don't people just break up with the person and go out with the new person? To me, cheating is a lot worse than ending it with the first person and getting with the new person. Sure either path will lead to someone getting hurt, and it's not so easy to end a relationship after being with someone for a while, but cheating seems like the more painful road. If the love just isn't there anymore, save yourself and your partner the trouble and just move on.
